As you explore this digital welcome packet, you will discover a wide variety of events you can register for and add to your calendar.
There will be KEY EVENTS that all Indyfluence interns are encouraged to attend. These events may already be in your calendars, but if not, you can easily download the calendar invites below. No additional registration is required for these virtual livestream events.
You can also browse a full list of our SMALL GROUP event opportunities. These will require additional registration because each event is capped at 40 participants. Those 40 seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
The first two weeks of small group events are open for registration NOW. The remaining events will open for registration on June 28.

Join all of your fellow Indyfluence interns for the first time during this kick-off event! We will virtually introduce you to the program, show you what makes Indy unique, and welcome you to our city.

Indy is a place where young professionals can make a difference. During this event, you will meet and learn from some of Indianapolis’ most influential leaders, including young doers and changemakers like you.

For this event, you will have a chance to vote for your favorite charity, and then we will come together to announce the results. This year, Indyfluence will be donating $14,000 to the nonprofit of your choice. Join us as we reveal the winner during this live charity event!
Bonus Event
Ally4All
Ally4All: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Session
July 1 @ 11 AM
This exclusive training session is a great opportunity to learn directly from Roche’s DEI experts. You will also interact with Indyfluence interns from other companies while you learn how to be an effective ally in the workplace.
Small Group Events
These events are small group discussions capped at 40 interns per session. Each small group event is an opportunity to network with your fellow Indyfluence interns as well as a diverse group of leaders and changemakers here in Indy.
Our Coffee/Cocktail & Convo events are exclusive networking opportunities for Indyfluence interns. Each conversation will focus on a different area of leadership. We recommend that every intern attends at least one of these events, but you are welcome to attend as many events as you can register for.
The Workshop Wednesday events will offer specific learning opportunities to help prepare you for the future. During each workshop, you will network with a local Indy leader who will share their expert knowledge and advice. And Philanthropy Friday is the perfect way to learn about the importance of giving back here in Indy. Our nonprofit leaders and foundation experts will help you find a cause that suits your passion and build an impactful giving plan.
